Carl Paoli | Fitness Expert & Founder of GymnaticsWOD.com

Learn to move, so you can move to learn.” – Carl Paoli

The Cheat Sheet:

  • Understand the importance of movement.
  • Jordan & Carl discuss the key to living a long and pain free life.
  • Learn the 4 basic movements you should focus on regardless of your discipline and style of training
  • Understand how fitness, strength and conditioning or any sport can be used as base of performance and skill that can carry over into any other discipline.
  • Learn the best way to improve performance by mastering the basics.

Don’t think too much. Meaning, don’t over analyze what you are doing. If it feels right in your head, heart and gut it is probably right for you. True performance is measured through “feel”, the numbers and results are a product of performing and feeling good while doing it.
